I have purchased a food processor in the 01st week of February 2012. When the technician came for Demo we have already informed him about the issue for Chutney Jar, the big jar & the orange juicer. He has said that within 48 hrs some one will come if I launch a complaint at the Call Center. I have done that on the same day but no one has turned up till now. In between this period I have launched one more complaint but no one has come till now. i have also requested for the refund of my money but they are not ready to do that.
Usha being a brand if they have such problems then I am not sure about what's next.
Can someone please help me get this issue resolved.
