On 10th december,2011 the jar develops Cracks. It has two years guarantee. So, I called their Customer Care No. for issuing my complaint. They registered my complaint but till now my complaint is not resolved by them. I had called them many times but without any results. They just kept saying that my complaint will be resolved within two days. But they had not changed my Jar till now which they had promised that the jar will be replaced. They are making the wrong excuses.
I would like to register my complaint against Bajaj Electronics for not keeping their promise of replacing the broken jar.
