I purchased Bajaj Juicer/ Mixer/ Grinder from Indiatimes Shopping on 25 Feb 2007 vide order no. 110544013. The product was delivered to my parent's house since I gifted the same to them. Last week (on 27th Aug 2009) my mother's old juicer /grinder broke so she thought of opening this Bajaj Juicer which I gifted to her. To her surprize, on opening the packing, she found one of the grinder stainless steel jar broken and the motor of the juicer mixer also not working at all. We called Bajaj Electricals Customer Service Numbers given along with the gurantee card but got no response/ wrong number/ number not in use message. Then we got Delhi's Customer Contact Number from Bajaj Mumbai Branch and filed a complaint. The Customer Service Agent refused to replace the broken jar and fix the motor (motor having 5 year gurantee and parts replacement having 2 year replacement gurantee) saying that it is now out of gurantee period. We were not able to contact distributor - Ace (Mumbai) to discuss the matter. Can someone help/ look in the matter to resolve it?
