Respected sir/madam,

me maya mehta from mumbai city would like to complain about the company called TVC SKYSHOP.i had ordered two of their products (via my credit card ) called slender shaper (rs 3650))and merline 123(rs2890) wherein i got one free product called slicer dicer.i received my products on the 9th of june ,2011.where one of my product is not in good condition.that is merline 123 and the free product slicer dicer.the problem with merline 123 is there is burning smell come from my mixer motr and there is leakege in the jar and the free product slicer dicer they hv given me broken product.i recd my product on the 9th june 2011 and i made an complaint on 10th of june 2011.wherein they promise to replace if ny problem with their product in 15 days...my first complain was made on 10th june very next day after reciving my products i asked them to replace my product as they are defective ..they said its going to be replaced in 7 to 10 days and i dint recd any call after that from them for replacement..after that i must have called 50 times for the replacement of my product and i am not getting proper reply from them...i spoke to their senior as well once...but they are not comin on line...they promise me that they will replace my product in 7 to 10 days but they dont guarantee..they are not ready to refund my money also...i am just fedup with their answers and they are cheating on me...they say they dont have product in stock to exchange butwhen i called their customer care to order new merline they said they can deliver in 24 hrs...if they dont hv product in stock how can they give it to new customers..last time i spoke to them they said my details are only not their in their system..on my mobile number some other customer is registered and according to them i am in bangalore...i am just fed up and harresed customer ...pls help me to get my product replaced..and these types of fraud companies should just shut...
