This is to inform you that I have purchased a JMG from the retail outlet in pragati maidan international trade fair dated 21/11/2010 via retail invoice number ttk0000581 at 7:30 pm. After some time the product is having leakage problem, so that we have contact the sales outlet in v3s mall laxmi nagar district center(janhvi ent.) and return back the appliance for change against 1 year warranty. In the mean time (13 jan’2011-till now) we have contact many time. but the position is as it is and lekage problem is not solved and we are facing a great problem due to product.And also the company exectives were not taken any step on my problem.we are belong to middle class family,so i reqested you to please taking strict action on the company.
I hope you must look into the matter as early as possible.
