Maharaja Food Processor FPMW-301 I bought the above model food processor from Big Bazar Hyderabad, in April 2010, and I was promised on-site service all over India.
Now, I've shifted to Patna and the food processor is lying dead. After making several calls to the customer service they are saying that we have to bring the food processor to the shop and they will not provide on-site service in Patna! If I want On-site service, I'll have to shift the food processor back to Hyderabad!
Is this a joke? I want my grievance to be heeded to!

This is Pravendra Singh. I worked with ceeyes software Technology (P) ltd from oct 18,2010 to may6 2011 and my employee id -1109 as company provide me. But for last two month march and April 2011 company did not pay me as they promise at time of reliving. They did not ready to talk me and every time they told come to next day and next day like that. Please help me and suggest me what i do.

Mixer not working with 7 day of purchase called server times but no rever from star cj i had purchased maharaja mixer grinder from star cj with in 7 day the mixer is not working i had called sevrel times to star cj help line but no response it is a total fraud made by star cj and i will never purchase any product from star cj it is totaly mental haresment.............
