The jar of my prestige mixer got cracked. The local dealer in Amritsar took the old jar on promise of replacement but now blames the company for not providing it back. On complaining to the costomersupport of Prestige, they promised that the jar has been shipped from Bangalore on 30th Nov 2010 ( I have an email confirming this from them). But after that neither have I received the jar, neither any other communication from them even after repeated reminders.
