sir i m in indian air force and posted at Air force stn kumbhirgram, sichar, assam. i had bought a mixi Merlin 123 from TVC Sky shop at Air force stn gwalior (Maharajpur) on 21 Nov 10. the order no i s OC2479168. the item was delivered on 24 Nov 10. i first used the item on 06 Dec 10 and traced smoke form the machine. i launched complaint to the customer center and the complaint was registered. the assure that the item will be replaced within a week. but after one and half month i didnt get replacement from TVC Sky shop. now still they say to replace it next one week. i threatened them to launche complaint against them in consumer forum and they sid nothing will happen and they cut my phone. now you are the correct agency to approach for ths problem.
The cost of the item was Rs 3490+150 (delivery charges) and the amount which i had spent on phone calls to them was about Rs 1000/-. Now im in tension to get my mixi change. they are still adamnet to send the replacement in next week.
I had got the delivery of item at Air force stn Maharajpur (Gwalior) and changed the address for the change at Air force stn kumbhirgram Silchar Assam. Now i would like to launch a legal notice through consumer court against TVC Sky shop and a compensation of minimum Rs 1,00,000. My phone no through which i had ordered is 09435073710. this no always live with me.
