I've bought a Kenstar Karishma Food Processor on 2-10-10. When we started using it, it was not working. We tried to contact customer care. they assured us the tech will come and resolve the complaint but after several efforts when the tech came he damaged our machine. now when we asked them to replace it they started mis behaving with us..
