i have purchased a mixer of bajaj bompany model namr jx5 from Vardhman Home Collection shop no.9 Partap market Munirka New delhi 110067 on 17-4-2009 during the purchase time i told to shopkeeper to that this mixer is not looking new but he say sir its a brand new piece there is no problem in this piece but when i reached at home and saw carefully i found a big crack on mixer as well as the wiring also not looking new there are several big scratches on the cover of juicer also and when i informed about this he say now he can't do any thing i tried to contact on bajaj customer care they saying that its shopkeepers fault they can't do any thing please help to solve this problem
