Hi

I have given my mixie for repair. The Job No. is 203748. The fault was only that Switch Knob was not working properly.
Otherwise Mixie was working nicely. But when I went to receive the mixie the motor was not working.At that time I have taken in written from Vivek's Service staff that when mixie has been given for service it was working and now it is not working.

Since than it has been with Viveks Service Centre and nobody is either servicing mixie nor giving my mixie back.
The staff is very irresponsible and is behaving very badly.
Whenever I call them they just keep the phone saying they'll call me within 15-20 minutes.But no one even called me once.

P.S Note: According to Job Sheet mixie has to be given me back on 22nd Feb 2009and it is under Warranty Period.

Kindly help me in this regard.

I have bought the lg 32 inch lcd in viveks t.nagar. They said that they will delivered with in
24 hours. but they are not delivering with in the time when we call to the shop there was no proper response they are saying they will send the person with in 15-20 minutes to your home But till now they are not contact us.

we are terribly disappoined and before billing they said that they will give 100 dvds free for lg LCD TELEVISION. but after they take the bill they say that there is no stock nowso u will contact the shop after 10 days. we are shocked by this reply.

Before paying the bill they are behaving softly but after that they are not serviceing well.

There staffs are not taking the phone and very irresponsible and is behaving very badly.


my Humble request is to Do go to viveks for any products they are very worst in servicing and behaving.
