    Default Kenstar Food Processor

    Hi,

    I got this food processor from my company as prize in May, I called up the Kenstar service center asking for demo & a person came to my house for demo in August & told me the motor is defective and requested me to call the service center again & ask for technician, which I did. But till date no one came to house to repair the product neither I got any phone calls giving me a reason why they didn't send technician to repair the product. I must have made more that 50 calls. Everytime I call they give em false promise that they will send a technician but no one has come yet..I product is still with me & its still not working.

    When I lodged complaint with Kenstar in May it was within the warranty period but now after 10 months warranty period expired...it expired in December 2008.

    Please tell me what to do...I want to claim compensation for the product as well as for the trouble which Kenstar people have given me.

    I got this food processor from Big Bazzer Jan 2008, I called up the Kenstar service center asking for demo & a person does not came to my house for demo and now we are facing problem the motor is defective and requested me to call the service center again & ask for technician, which I did.     When I lodged complaint with Kenstar in August they give me the number of the service center and tell me to cont the person (Shirmils :- 9821933659) but when i try calling the no same answer from their she give me his supirer no (Mr Chetan : 9324573092) who mobile no is Switch off when ever i try to cont him.

    Please tell me what to do...I want to claim compensation for the product as well as for the trouble which Kenstar people have given me.

    Angry Kenstart Food Processor Not working

    Hi,
    I purchased kenstar food processor in March 2010. It did not work as desired.
    I have talked several times to the service agent and also to seller but so far no luck
    How do I register a complain a against them to get that replaced or refund for the money?

    I have purchased Kenstar food processor in the month of feb 2010.Since the first day its mixie part was not working.With in few days processor unit also ceased to work.In spite of the complaints lodged ,talks with shop dealer,branch people, no frutful response came and i am still with diseased product.

    We have purchased the Kenstar Karishma food processor in 06, we were using it and was working all well, we were out of station for some time and today when we wanted to use it it does not work, the phone numbers given while buying is all changed and we are not able to contact any one for a service,we are at # RK 301 Purva Riviera, Marathahalli, Bangalore and my contact number is 9448042663 0r 9886045838, will it b possible to send some service personnel to our place and get it set right.

    Default food processor big stainless steel jar is not available

    i purchased food processor 5 years back. i am in coimbatore. i can't even get a jar for it. i enquired the service station, they told, we didn,t get the jar. please check wheter it is available or not.

    sir,
    I got this food processor from PANKAJ DOMBIVILI, ON FEB 2010, we use 7 month, after one day that body broken, I called up the Kenstar service center asking for a person Mr. Ravi his Mob No 9022756566, he come and see that and he told me I wiil come after 2days ( I complanit 22nd Sep 2010) he did not come, and I call, but he repeting same words, last 2-3 weeks.

    Thumbs down Kenstar Food Processor

    I am fully frustrated with the way Kenstar Customer Care handles the complaints.
    We bought Kenstar food processor in December 2009 with an extended warranty of 2years. Two months back its wet jar got cracked from bottom so we registered a complaint with the customer care. For last 2 months the process of talking to Customer care & the contacts they give has become a never ending process. Till date, nothing has been done to change the jar.
    Please let me know what to do?
    I am just fed up with this.

    I bought the Kenstar food processor from Home Town on 13 dec 2010. Just after a month of usage, it has
    stopped working. I read in this site that there are so many complains for it, so just wondering that
    whether any person will come and fix it or not. If the problems remain unanswered like this, then i think
    selling should be stopped for this. We are not interested in buying such things which are not durable.

    Request to stop the manufacturing and selling the Kenstar food processor.

    Thumbs down Kenstar washining machine

    Kenstar washing machine is the worst of the lot.We have been using this machine which is fully automatic thing for past five years. Right form the begining something or other problem is happening with this stupid one. There seems to be no authorized service centre directly operated by Kestar. All of them are the local mechanised who operate as a franchisee. They do not know anything and more i think i would have spend alteast 3/4th of the machine's cost for repairs.

    NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCTS OF KENSTAR. THET ARE THE WORST.

    Default Quality and punctuality of service

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased a KENSTAR FOOD PROCESSOR in June,2011. In December,2011 the knob of the food processor got damaged (crack).I have registered a complaint (call No.BAR2712110032).Your service engineer came and replaced the knob. On the next day day itself the knob got craked again. After two days I have called the toll free number and booked a complaint but at that time your system was slow so I have not received teh call number and nobody attended the case. Today (18.1.2012) again I have lodged a complaint(CALL nO.BAR1801120002) on toll free number. I have got a call from your service engineer. I said both of us (myself and my wife) are working people so you come before 10 am or after 6 pm but he refused to come accordingly. He said nobody will come to customer's convenient. Then I said you come on saturday as saturday is our holiday. He replied, then you book a call on saturday only.

    Considering the above facts I request you please send your service engineer as per my above mentioned convenient time and be assure that PROVIDE ONLY THE QUALITY PRODUCT.
