Hi,
I got this food processor from Big Bazzer Jan 2008, I called up the Kenstar service center asking for demo & a person does not came to my house for demo and now we are facing problem the motor is defective and requested me to call the service center again & ask for technician, which I did. But till date no one came to house to repair the product neither I got any phone calls giving me a reason why they didn't send technician to repair the product. I must have made more that 50 calls. Everytime I call they give em false promise that they will send a technician but no one has come yet..I product is still with me & its still not working.
When I lodged complaint with Kenstar in August they give me the number of the service center and tell me to cont the person (Shirmils :- 9821933659) but when i try calling the no same answer from their she give me his supirer no (Mr Chetan : 9324573092) who mobile no is Switch off when ever i try to cont him.
Please tell me what to do...I want to claim compensation for the product as well as for the trouble which Kenstar people have given me.
