I have purchased a Food Processor F16 from dawar international galleria complex on februaury 5th, since that day i am have problem whenever we need to use it. At least i called 10 times there service center here in faridabad. They came to my place and fix it. The problem is same every time. They always said its a over load issues. But this food processer is made to make atta mix we never used for that perpose only for liquid items like rice mix for idli / dosa. But its not capable of and trip all the time. I made complaint to dawar international and mailed babaj customer care lot of time but there is no response.

At last they said to use screw driver to my mom how to cover come this problem. Now mixer is opened where the problem is. But i dont want this way to use it. Its in gaurrante period. Either i don't need this food processor just want the return back of my money.
