This is reminder of my previous complaint which i was submitted on 16 march 2010 regarding the mixer juicer of home shop 18. Now see what they do with methat they dispatched the cheque in the name of mine on 20 March 2010 from there branch (Noida) to my mailing address as per there record but when i check online on (bluedart.com]. I found that they send my cheque to SRINAGAR insted of GURGAON because my address is 1313 Maruti Kunj gurgaon. I am also sending you the information from blue dart website:

Please take some strick action on them they are just making fool to the consumer when they are returning the money but at the time when we ordered somthing they just keep calling us but now they are not giving proper responce to me.
