I purchased a Morphy Richards Select 500 food processor about 2 months ago from M/S New Berco Electronics in Central Market Sector 10, Dwarka, New delhi. The main unit of the food processor has now gone bad and despite my repeated attempts to get it repaired/replaced, I have not received ant fruitful response from either the dealer or the service center. Please guide me how to get this complaint across? I am really pissed by the attitude shown by the dealer and the company. The guy who visited my home and checked the unit about 3 weeks ago told me point blank that the motor is broken, i repeat 'broken' and they do not have a new motor, so nothing can be done.This is bull shit! I have spent 6 grands of my hard earned money and I need to get this thing replaced. I did not pay for a broken product! Please help me.... this is an SOS.

I am a regular user of morphy richard's produts and owns 5 morphy richard's product. My association with the service of the company is very satisfactory and I had till date not encountered any service problem. I would suggest you to contact the company directly and complain against the service provider and the dealer.
