    Angry Do not buy from star bazaar ahmedabad- lousy service

    WE HAD BOUGHT MILENIA GRILL 25 FROM STAR BAZAR AHMEDABAD ON date 12/11/2008
    bill amount 3490/- BILL serial no.3736. THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF ORDER SINCE LAST 70 DAYS AND IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. THE MANAGEMENT OF STAR BAZAAR IS NOT ATTENDING OUR COMPLAINTS AFTER REPEATED CALLS. PLEASE DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM STAR BAZAAR AS THEY ARE OF CHEAP QUALITY. CONTACT DETAILS OF STAR BAZAR

    I went to purchase something for my baby and i was in hurry because i had to catch the flight so i was in speed i purchase toy n a frock. then i request them to make my bill first and their staff noticed that i was in hurry so may b due to their less salary they made a plan to take money from other way by any of customer n they made a mistake in bill n then said that i had purchased other things also n now i am not paying for that and then cause of their fault they knew that if i complain to their director their jobs might b at risk so they people continue with their wrong and stupid arguement as they knew i didnt had much time for that and took more amount of money n had to catch flight so i didn't waste my time at that time but now i want to inform the director that please b careful it won't happen with any other customer. if needed then change your staff who are very very rude also specially who are managing bill counter and ladies floor managers. else one day you will have to close the mall forever due to your dissatisfied,rude and dishonest staff who can do any worst thing with customer to get more money with wrong way. Or made them satisfied in salary so they wont do again this kind of bastard thing with any other customer. hope that you will notice this matter.

    Again it has to be the "Star Bazar" and its tarnished image for poor to no customer satisfaction.

    Again it has to be the "Star Bazar". I bought a pack of diapers and since they were undersized (my grand daughter did not fit in) I wanted to have replacement. Store Manager, Rajendra Panchal said it was against replacement policy ( I should have replaced it in 15 days). Besides he said that the plastic pack containing the diapers were slightly opened from seams (not big enough, though that the diapers can be taken out). The attitude was stubborn for not giving replacement as, if it was against replacement policy, he would not have taken shelter against slightly opened seam of diaper pack.

    Coming back to the replacement policy, if such policy did exist, it was impractical and one sided, as just for replacing your diapers you do not go all the way there to replace in 15 days, you buy new pack, wait for your next buying time, which in India would be next month.

    I was so furious with the attitude of Star Bazar under the banner of Tata dishing out such a feeble excuse to render customer care service, that I was about to go to nearest police station to lodge a complaint. That would have meant few visits to police station, before I got my replacement back. And that would be selfish. In stead, I thought of making other people aware of how they can expect themselves to be served at Star Bazar if they use this store.

    As for me, I buy glossary worth Rs. 4000-4500 per month from them which I will stop, if at all that pinches them in terms of loosing me as their customer.

    congratulation for your new opening at Aurangabad.
    I just want to tell you that this unit will not last long. your Service is the worst of its kind in India. Your sales men do not know anything about customer service nor even about your products.
    it is even very easy to steal out whatever you wish to.
    If you check your record you will find that your sales are going down and lots of your product must have been robed. I however just want to tell you be careful and if you wish I can take you inside and show you what i mean. it should be done secretly

    Dear Sir,

    Please check today's gujarat samachar. Star Bazzar full page adv. Rs.365 for 25 Kg. of Angoor Toor Daal. Store staff says printing mistake. And they are not ready to sell me the product at the advertised price. Clear case of poor customer service. They really don't care even if i take my business some where else. Just Pure arrogance in this day and age.

    I have a very good experience of Star Bazaar. I have read a few complaints here.. I will tell you my experience of 7 days back. I had bought T shirts, some one months back & I went there to return.. Also the tag was out from one T shirt, but they took it back after seeing the bill & no questions ask & they gave me a credit note, which I can use it within 6 months.. Now about diapers... I had bought a big pack for my son & I went there to return it back after 15 days, though it was not opened, they took it back.. No questions asked..

    I have been shopping with them, since 2003 onwards... Once I had problems with the billing.. I bought a tooth paste & it was not inside the bag... I wrote the the manager & he sent someone at my home & delivered the tooth paste..

    Well, things happen something... sometimes there's mess too... But if you face such thing regularly, then there's a problem... Once in a while.. it's ok.. There are hundreds of customers every day.. Boys who work at the counter, come from a middle class or poor families... If they were MBAs or highly qualified, then they wouldnt be working there... So if you face such problems regularly then its not good...

    Citing Replacement clause many shop keepers refuse to exchange faulty products I have a question without opening how will you know the quality of products....this where consumers are taken for ride....

    Making wrong label on Vegetables, at the time of billing charging more value than label, When I complaint to Them & got replied, its human error,
    I ask manager for complain book, I wrote Complain, & ask for complain no, then said, not maintaining the complaint no system... I Laugh on them
