I went to purchase something for my baby and i was in hurry because i had to catch the flight so i was in speed i purchase toy n a frock. then i request them to make my bill first and their staff noticed that i was in hurry so may b due to their less salary they made a plan to take money from other way by any of customer n they made a mistake in bill n then said that i had purchased other things also n now i am not paying for that and then cause of their fault they knew that if i complain to their director their jobs might b at risk so they people continue with their wrong and stupid arguement as they knew i didnt had much time for that and took more amount of money n had to catch flight so i didn't waste my time at that time but now i want to inform the director that please b careful it won't happen with any other customer. if needed then change your staff who are very very rude also specially who are managing bill counter and ladies floor managers. else one day you will have to close the mall forever due to your dissatisfied,rude and dishonest staff who can do any worst thing with customer to get more money with wrong way. Or made them satisfied in salary so they wont do again this kind of bastard thing with any other customer. hope that you will notice this matter.
