Hi
I paid Rs. 9990 on Oct 25 to buy a microoven from Star CJ. The Product never got delivered. I have cancelled my order on Nov 11 due to non delivery of product.
Worse Star CJ has not refunded my amount till date, and only lying.

i am seeking a compansation of Rs. 100000 exclusive of refund amount (Rs. 9990) towards
the delay,
harrasment,
non-commitment of services,
Telephone and Mobile phone calls charges
