Dear Concern
My LG Micro oven , Model No. MC 8083 MLR, BDRQEIL, purchase dated:15/01/08 was under AMC HLP No. :LD016207 dated 25th June 2011 was having problem with PCB ( not functioning) & a complaint was raised to LG Service RNA 111104078695 dated 4th September2011. But with repeated folloup with Help line no. 24851408 they cannot provde a proper solution after 4 months they are saying that the parts which was to be replaced is not available & willnot be available & it cannot be repaired but they are not providing me a official responce though my product is on AMC .
I am not able to usethe product dor 5 months though i have paid for the AMC.
After regular folloup with LG Service there manager Mr Pal ( Mob: 9007056746) informed me in telephone on 3rd Jan 2011 that LG have a compensation plant for sparts not available & they are going to register my case in it & it will be in process but havn't given me any ref no. & said they will inform. But in last 5 months they havn't informed me as they have promised me in phone.
I don't know my problem will be solved by LG service in due time & my product is not working though it is under AMC .
Please help me what to do?
