Hi, I bought new KENSTAR microwave from BLESSINGS, ATTA MARKET, NOIDA and was cheated (around holi time). It was dented, door broken and non working state. I agree sometimes it can happen when it comes thru trucks. Demo person came from VIDEOCON service(after holi) and kept silent about all what he observed. He gave demo, name sake. Meanwhile i had to go Lucknow for 1 week vacation. Coming from there we used and found it non working stage. We complained that we need replacement. BLESSINGS said they cannot replace because demo has been given. VIDEOCON service person comes and writes a false report. I caught this on videocam when they come this time. They simply unable to replace or rectify the problem. I had mailed, complained, went to shop and did everything. FAILED i came to this site in June. Please please please replace it or take this microwave away free of cost. Hope some one is listening me with judgement eye. Every one is not corrupt i suppose. Also the price was quoted as 8000 Rs.
