Bad service from Adonis Electronics Pvt.Ltd.
I purchased an Onida Microwave oven (PC-23) on 4-Feb-2011 from NEXT outlet at Ernakulam. The same failed on 20-Feb-2011. I registered a complaint regarding the same. (Complaint number is 11021716380828. date: 21-Feb-2011). A technician from Adonis Electronics Pvt.Ltd. came and said that the issue may be due to low supply voltage and he left. I noticed that the explanation is not true as my oven stops functioning even at 208V supply. I again raised a complaint (Complaint number 11031716380253. date 06- Mar-2011). This time another technician came after two weeks and replaced the magnetron. This did not solve the issue. My oven continued to fail even after that. So I registered another complaint (Complaint number 11048156380288. Date: 11-March-2011). This time the technician identified that the problem is related with the transformer and the same should be replaced. two weeks later they replaced the transformer but the problem was still there. When I informed them, They have taken the oven to service center and haven't returned the same. When I called the service co-ordinator to know the status, he said the same will be repaired and bring back in 2 days. But they haven't brought back the same. I called them many times after that, but they do not even pick-up the call.

Within the two months from purchase I had to raise three complaints regarding the same issue and it is not rectified yet. Now they have taken my Microvave and havn't returen it. The worst thing is that they even stopped answering my calls.

I want to submit the complaint against the Adonis Electronics Pvt. Ltd.,152,City Centre,Opp. Azad Hotel,Amritsar for the bad service given by them for service of electronics.I am having an EWC contract for one year for my Onida TV in the name of S. Karnail Singh,Plot No. 55,Gokal Ka Bagh,100 Feet Road,Amritsar. EXENTED WARRANTY CONTRACT No.68724 dt 21-4-2011 but the company is not giving the satisfactory service and behaviour is rude and not pleasent.Company's mechanic Mr. Sanjeev is not doing the job work in good manner and always try to repair temporarely.He is also not picking my phone for last 2 weeks and says that he is very busy,but he is surely iirresponsible.When I calls him otherthan my phone he will pick and then talk rudely and cuts the call without giving any satisfactory reply.My latest complaint no. is 1690 and Mr. Sanjeev's contact no.s are 9988881794 & 9463589964.He is lieing for 2 days that he is on the way to my home whenever he pick the call.

Onida tv repired but problem persists
I had registered a complain with onida servicing center, which was taken up by adonis electronics pvt ltd....people had come to our place, dumdum kolkata, rectification done by lakshman paul (9163326256) , invoice no :-3315284 dated 12-04-2012
the picture and sound was not there in the tv.technician rectified ( i don't know what) ,and the problem regained within two days of service.
When we called him again he came and said they need to take it somewhere else and then keep it with them for 7days to observe , which felt absolutely weird to me.
Some how the repaired again,which was under 30 days guarantee according to the technician, but today the tv has got switched off again , and the same problem.
My question is when i have paid 350 for just the person to visit and additional charges for whatever was rectified then why don't the repair it correctly.
Please take an immidiate action.if it requires any further service please do it

Onida Tv- A Bad Choice
Bought an Onida LCD 24" from Kohinoor Televideo Pvt Ltd, Naupada, Thane on 28/12/10. The Tv got spoilt within a year, however it was within the one year warranty & was repaired. The TV got spoilt again in March 2012. The Kohinoor people guided us to Adonis Electronics Pvt Ltd. They sent their technician, one Mr J.P.Singh who took a cheque of Rs 1890/- on 22/3/12, this amount was for a one year repair contract. Todate the TV has not been repaired, nor does anyone pick up the phone, there's been absolutely no effort from their side. Its 23rd May today, exactly 2 months since that the great Mr J.P.Singh took our cheque which they were very prompt in encashing. Please advise what I should do?

FOR Mobile Creches: for working and ailing mothers...
This complain is against my first place of work mobile creches an organisation working for working and ailing mothers of construction site workers. I worked there from Dec 1994 to Jan 1997. I worked in the department of Research and Documentation.I have all the proof from them about my character and what all achievement i have done.This complain is not from only me but all workers of the organisation who work as puppets in the hands of the management just because they have no where to go. this organisation does not give credit for the work done by the employees but the director surely gets recognition in all the work done. beg to state that this organisation be sued for a trillion dollors for the agony me and my family suffered. I not only documented there programmes for 25 years but also sang on a cassette which was not in my work profile when i joined ...there was a proper audition and i was selected...While all the people who sang from outside Mobile Creches were given recognition by there name i was reffered to as Mobile creches karyakarta.Management then Brinda Singh, Devika Singh,Indra Bhatia,Mridula Bajaj and above and all Mridual Seth my very own proffessor and guide tnen cooled me by saying that the next lot that come out will surely have your name.I resigned after completing the project as suggested by my well wishers.People who stood by me Enakshi Ganguli Thukral the then Director of Mobile creches and now directing HAQ:Centre for Child Rights was brutaly told to resign as she was creating rift between employees....i really dont know how much she would like to sue them for.I am surprised to see even today they have printed and reprinted the cassette but also made CDs forgetting the plege they had secretly taken with me................please advice.

I am Amit from Delhi. I Purchased a AMC for ONIDA 1 Ton AC ( Model.No # : W112yr) some 1 yrs back. Recently my AC Gas Leak, I Lodged a complaint (complaint NO 12069886380041) on JUNE 5 , 2012. at Adonis Electronics PVT LTD Delhi, a authorized onida service center. After 10 days of my complaint, NO service person Visit to our home and inspected the AC. Now its been almost a 10 days, I have'nt heard back from the service center. I have called up the service center's customer care several Times and have told them about this. They are saying your request is in progress and will be completed as soon as possible but for almost last 10 days i getting this answer from them. NOW WHAT I HAVE TO DO

Very very Bad service from Adonis electronics, Kaithamukku Trivandrum
This is my grievance against the bad service of Adonis customer relation centre in Kaithamukku Trivandrum.I have purchased an Onida A/C model -Speed cool S12SPD3 on 07/04/2010 and it's remote control is malfunctioning . i have registered for service in September 1 st week with Adonis customer relation centre in kaithamukku, Trivandrum and they told me that they will order for a new remote and will be received in 2 weeks. But even after more than 2 months, there is no response from their side and today when i contact them , they are saying that my service request is cancelled.Nobody there knows how it is cancelled. This shows their lack of enthusiasm in providing service which ultimately affects the reputation of Onida. If your service is like this definitely i will not go for an Onida product next time nor will i recommend to my friends..Please take an immediate action immediately as my A/C is unusable for last 3 months.

my last complaint dated 03.12.2012 was attended after 3/4 days and i was charged RS 400/- FOR WHICH NO RECEIPT WAS ISSUED. the charges was made for wash tumbler which was cut open by service engineer, because he could not open couple of screws. wHY SHOULD I BE CHARGED if design is defective and service engineer cannot open the screws.
My latest complaint number 12122606380230 dated 26.12.2012 with same problem no. is still pending and Mr. Komal,service engineer advises fan needs renewal,service engineer for last 2 days says that he is on the way to my home whenever he pick the call.
please explain why fan which is a electrical part should not be covered by EWC.

Worst amc services to onida a c
Onida AC under AMC cover, complaint noted for not cooling on Saturday 18/05/2013. Someone should attend the call within 48 hour as per their protocol, but no one visited even after 5 days even after repeated calls to customer care, local service center incharges. It seems I am being cheated. This is the problem i am facing every year many times in a summer season. it is very disgusting to continue this AMC. Money should be returned with compensation we have faced exhaustion with the family members, or as per protocol should be followed, to minimised mental torture/grievences..
