This complaint is in reference to LG Microwave Oven. I renewed AMC for my LG microwave owen couple of months back, free service and defected part replacement for 2 years was included in the warranty, I was charged Rs 1500 for the same. After few months my LG Microwave oven started giving some error codes and stopped working properly. I lodged the complain in LG customer care on 29th May 2009 and then 31 May 2009, ref no is N9C53102780. I was assured that my issued would be addressed in 24 hours, I agree that the service engineer came to my home and tried to repair the Microwave but it did not worked. I called back to the customer care division many times and everytime I was assured that this issue would be resolved on high priority, today is 6 June 2009 but neither my issue is resolved nor LG is trying to resolve it. I am not happy with aftersales service of LG and want to lodge a case against them in the charge of cheating customers. The best part is they call their Annual Maintainence Program (AMC) Happy Life, I wonder if this is the happy life then what do they understand about the normal life.
My wife is not in good health these days. for her comfirt only I wanted to get my Microwave repaired as soon as possible. Now I am feeling as someone has cheated me and snatched my 1500 rs from my by giving fake promises.
