I have purchased Whirlpool microwave oven thorough a shopping site on the 22.04.09.
I receive the delivery on 05.05.09 due to the negligience of the shopping site not
giving my correct address details.
I receive the microwave is a sorry state of packaging and moreover the Warranty
details has some other person's details on it with a delivery date of 28.10.08.
I inquired with the whirlpool store,if this is a second hand machine. They reply
negative and ask me to get a new copy of the warranty booklet with the engineer who
would come to give me a demo of the machine.
There is something fishy I sense at the response I received.

Whirlpool microwave repair complaint
I've bought whirlpool microwave oven in feb'2009. I was using only microwave
facility . Recently I came to know that its grill was not working. I complained to
customer care (Delhi/NCR) on 29/09/09.Their engineer visited same day & told me that
the grill heating element has to be replaced & in the process of checking ,he caused
a short circuit due to which the appliance is not working at all now. Ever since
I've complained three times & customer care assures me of a visit by sr. engineer
but no action has been taken so far.Appliance is under one year warranty.

micro wave oven complaint
I brought one microwave oven (Model No MT 22 c)last year 21/10/08 from cochin showroom , all these days we wait for the service engineer to the installtion of this equipment ,finally we called the local franchisee of whirlpool ,as per the technicians reports it is not functioning .
So kindly treat it as urgent matter & do the needfull

Whirlpool Micro oven 25C Convection-Defect piece
I have purchased a Whirlpool micro oven 25C -Convection on 27/12/09.
Service person from Whirlpool came on 28th for Demo and found it was not working and informed a senior service person will come next day.
Senior person came after two days and tried his skill but the machine was abolutely not working and finally he had accepted that the machine was a faulty one and they will replace it new machine.
Mean time i have tried with Vasanth & co where i have purchased this, for replacement and they clearly informed that it should be replaced only by Whirlpool.
Even after 18 days Whirlpool has not even bothered to replace the old one and have no respect for customer care.
It was pathetic that such thing can happen only in our country where the company only intrested in promoting thier product whith out any boheration for cutomer care and service. I would strogly recommnd the readers to note the attitude of the company before they go for selecting the product for purchase

Send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of Whirlpool on the below mentioned address, mention all the complaints nos. registered with customer care, bill and other relevant document (if any).
Address is: M/s Whirpool of India Ltd.
Plot No. 40, Sector 44,
Gurgaon – 122002
Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if the parent company will not solve the issue within the mention time of 15 to 20 days.
