I bought 1 IFB Microwave Oven 25PG1S on 01/01/09 and after six days the oven stopped working. I lodge a complaint on their call centre no. 34g4333. Next day a service engineer came to my place and found that the problem is with fuse. He told me that fuse is out of stock and it will take next two days. But its being more then 10 days till date I did not get any call or any response from their side. So I would suggest every consumer court member not to buy IFB microwave Owen ever as their product quality is very poor and their service is horrible.
