Dear sir/mdm,
i have placed and order through the telesale on 1st of april 2010, for 25 ltr convection magicook microwave oven. and the payment is made thr. credit card. one lady person was there to book the order. at that time she has told me to send free gift along with the oven i.e reabock watch and the T-shirt. and delivery will be given within 15 days.
but time and again calling to your call center the person attending the calls was saying that the oven will be reaching at me within 7-15 days.
at last on the 29th of july 2010. i recieved the delivery.
but after opening the box i was shocked, becouse the order was for 25 ltr. magicook convection. and you have sent the magicook 25 ltr.grill model.
it is very disappointing for me. that i have recieved the oven after 3 months and that to griil instead of convection.
i have immidiately called up to your call Center, where i was told that pl. do not use the same, and your people will be veryfying the call details of the person who had booked the order. so i have kept the same as it is.
i herewith directing you instead of requesting that look in to the matter immidietely. and send me my original order i.e. 25 ltr magicook convection immidiately.
As you can go thr my record i,m the loyal and heavy purchaser of your products, and this is happened with me for the 2nd time. if my problem is not sort out immidiately you woll be forcing me to not purchase any of your products . as wel go to the consumer forum or court.
