Hi,
I bought IFB Elite Aqua Energy washing machine in year 2000.With the service I
was getting then I got the confidence to buy Microwave oven in 2004.

But there after I am finding issues with service I get from IFB.
1. Oven got rusted and complaint was made to service team in mid of 2007. Fan
cover was replaced on chargeable basis. I have written mails to IFB on the same
but no response.
It has been certified as stainless steel material for all the parts. But I have
been forced to pay for the poor quality of IFB product.
Even then we have the rusting problem now.
2. We have AMC with IFB for the products.But the service personnel whoever comes
doesn't even open the machine cover.

Now I have taken two challenges:
1. Share the troubles I am undergoing with IFB products with my friends &
relatives circle so that others do not invite the troubles.
2. Decided to take it legally and to press to get the proper service.

I will be delighted if somebody can help me to take it legally.
