Kindly post your full contact details, purchase details and the complaint nos. registered with the customer care, apart from this send a written notice to the CMD of Whirlpool via registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution within the time period in the notice. Wait for their reply and revert us back.

Reference to the title, I am sorry to infom you that you have the most pathetic service across Delhi NCR.
Complaint was made 15 days back & re-complaint was made on 2nd of Jan.2011, but till date, no one repair the same as It is in Gurantee period & just 4 months old (Bought from BIG BAZAR).

Neither Mr. Kanhaiya, Nor Mr. Abhishek responded me back regarding the repair of the same.

If it is non repairable, kindly make an arrangement for the replacement of the same.

Looking forward for the response at the earliest.

I had bought one Whirlpool Microwave model 22C Oven from M/s/ New Raja Electricals, Gurdwara Road, Ghumar Mandi, Ludhiana vide invoice no. 1305/21-10-2010 . But when steam is generated in heating case of microwave it passes between two glass of Door thus seeing inside is not visible. So please get the problem resolved.

I purchased Whirlpool Microwave on Jan 24th 2012 from E-Zone(Metro junction mall) .The pack was unopened when I bought it and once I opened it at my home , i found that plastic set was whole broken.Also the E-zone promised me to provide service "within" 48 hours.But its been 3 days . nobody turned up even for the Demo. Not sure if they understand the meaning of the word "Within". I launched a complaint against this on their toll free #. But the customer reps has no knowledge abt anything and she(Shweta) claimed herself to be new at the workplace. Her so called "manager" is soo rude, and she is sitting just to fool out the customers and to snatch money by making unwanted promises.I recieved a communication that my microwave would be in working condition within 48hrs but to my surprise service engineer never visited in 3 days.I am yet to figure out why Ezone/whirpool can't take customer [COLOR=#009900 !important]complaints[/COLOR] seriously. Please assist as i am facing poor quality customer service deliverables since long & have surpassed my patience. Also I asked them about return policy and she hanged the phone saying we cant. I didnt even open the parcel yet , but quite frustrated with the service they provide and the way they talk.

i have complained about my "Whirlpool 25 Ltr Convection Microwave Oven" on 19/3/2012 (SR number: GB0312007022).
then the engineer suggested to send the microwave to the service center for repairing. I send it on 25/3/2012. (job no is 1063)
but till now my oven has not get repaired, and when i call, they say every time that part is not delivered from the company.
i mailed to helpdeskindia@whirlpool.com for the above problem but there is no response.
today when i called then he gave me same answer that part is not delivered to from the company and when i asked why he cut my call.
i think i must go to the consumer forum. but before go to the consumer forum i would like to let it know to the whirlpool authority.
