Godrej - rude and unpleasant attitude of the service centre Dear Sir,
I am from Mangalore. I had purchased a godrej microwave oven in Aug last year. To begin with the alignment of the oven door was not okay. However, after months of complaining it was rectified just 2 weeks back. On the 12th of this month the fuse got burnt and we are not able to operate it. They did send their technicians to get it repaired. but instead they just open it up and do something to make it work temporarily. they said they were going to come and fix the appropriate fuse today but no news of them. the service centre doesnt take up this matter seriously. the lady in charge whose name is Sheela just shouts and says it is not her look out if the technician has not done his job properly. Our complaints just go in vain. They try avoiding our phone calls and they dont even inform us what's happening regarding our complaint. Pls take necessary steps to ensure good service and pleasant behaviour of the service center to the customers

Godrej Refrigerator problem Hi,
I don't why the company like Godrej responds. I have purchased a refrigerator double door 280lts.. When it was delivered at my home it was not working. I speak to the dealer and discuss about the problem. Then he send the technician, it was told to me that the condensor was problem we have replace that one. At that time I was not in the town. The technician asked for money to my wife and was told that there is no warranty so you have to pay. Now there is some misunderstanding between the dealer and the service center which was clear later. Now I have two condensor in my fridge one is inside and one is outer side. After that there is a major problem in my fridge, there is a leakage in the the freezer. If I will go for a vacation for 2-3 days there will be a water logging in my flat. I have complaining for the same from last 5 months which was not resolved till date. The followings are the excuses
1. The location for the fridge is not proper. (Fridge location changed as per the comments, problem still there).
2. This is the normat sweating all the fridge have.
3. The condensor is out side the fridge thats why there is water leakage.
4. You are keeping ice cream in the freezer, so the water is coming from the freezer.
5. Your window is closed so there is water leakage. etc.
