Hi,

This is regarding the delay in the service of the Electrolux Microwave oven
which we purchased on 1/1/2005. The oven stopped working on 28 Oct 2005 and
registered a complaint with their service centre on the very same day. They
promised me to send the technician with 2 days.

But, there was no sign of nobody for 8 days inspite of number of calls to
their service center. When i call them up, they make false claims that the
technician was sent and he couldn't find the house, bcoz when he called up the
house, nobody picked up the phone to guide him through the address. These are
all false claims, as never called us. But on 10th the technician came to the
house and inspected it and told us that a part has to be replaced.
But, again he didn't turn up for 5 days and my calls to their service center
continued. On 15th, the technician appeared and tried replacing the part with
new one. But the oven didn't start. So, he again left promising us to get it
repaired soon.
But, when i called on 21st, they told me that the spare part was not
available.

This is not the first one such a delay had occured. There was an incident 5
months back, when there was a long delay in the service of the electrolux
washing machine. That time around, some one from the consumer court group told
me spam the Officials of their company.
I did write a letter to their md to the washing machine repaired.

But to my fate, Company is took over by videocon recently( i read it in
website article) and md is changed. There are news that Electrolux will be
merged with Videocon in short span of time.

I tried finding their mail address, to my despair, i couldn't.
So what should i do now?

So, can anybody help me in this regard.
