Microwoven Godrej

I am residing at Burdwan, West Bengal. I am purchased a micro woven of Godrej in February'2009. But nearly last 3 months my micro woven not working properly. I had registered complain 6 to 7 times in Godrej Customer Care, and everytime there service engineer comes and replace fuse with no fruitful result. Even once they took my micro woven to there service station for 15 to 20 days for watch. but still today my micro woven is in Godrej Service Station. I want my micro woven to be replaced by new one because they can't solve my problem in 3 months after several complains.
