I am extremely sorry to say that your service centre has taken a toll on me. I asked your rep. to attend a little sound problem coming out of my oven. Some one came and showed all his expertise to replace the PCB. From the very next hour it started giving problem. One day after some one else came, showed more expertise to make my machine out of order. Since then (23/10/09) it is lying out of order and compelling me to puchase another product (ofcourse not Whirlpool) to run the daily show. Albeit repeated complaint no one even bothered to contact me. Its absolutely a nightmarish experience with the service centre of such a REPUTED(!!!) company .
