I had bought a Onida microwave, it is not working due to some issue, I had logged a compliant no 09102466. Nobody responded, after a week again I have tried and got to know that they had closed the compliant as for address not found. The address was right and along with the address my cell no was also given.

Again I had logged a compliant no 09100466381922. nobody was turned up, I was given a number to follow up which is never attended.

Now, what should I do?
