Have you any proof that support your statement.

How do you think one would have proof of somebody not listening to him, referring to costly lawyers etc?

sir my name has been printed wrong in the registration card of B.P.U.T,ORISSA and i have submitted all the necessary document demanded by B.P.U.T for the correction of name since last 2 years through the college level but they are not correcting my name and only playing with me for the last 2 years .I have also given an online complaint in the consumer court but still then i dont have any response from them.
So its my sincere request that this matter MAY BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY SO THAT I MAY GRT MY CORRECTED GRADE SHEETS AND REGISTRATION CARD FROM THE UNIVERSITY.

sir,
my name is rahul kalra and I have booked a flat with Triveni infrastructure development company.

Subject:- Flat at NH-24, Ghaziabad Heights, at Ghaziabad booked with TRIVENI INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LTD

1. I had booked a flat on NH-24 Ghaziabad Height flat at Ghaziabad with Triveni Infrastructure Development Company Ltd by making a payment of Rs3.5 lakh vide your receipt No. 1313000459 dated 16/10/2006.
2. I was shown the site at which construction of flats was to be done. I was given to understand that I shall be handed over, the flat within two year or so from the date of registration.
3. After two years from the date of registration I visited the site, there was no construction started at the aforesaid site of NH-24. I visited the Triveni office at Nehru Place to know about the progress of construction. I was told that there has been delay in the construction due to some unforeseen difficulties from the govt. authorities, kindly bear with us, and we will intimate you in due course.
4. After that we had waited for one year and again visited the site to know about the construction progress. I was surprised to see that there is no construction at site and all the boards of triveni has disappeared from the site and infact the land has already sold to ansals builders.
5. I have come to know that the aforesaid office of the TRIVENI INFRASTURUCTURE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LTD has shifted from Nehru Place, to A-27 Mohan Cooperative Estate, Near Sarita Vihar, New Delhi.
6. Recently I visited your office at Mohan Corporative estate, but no satisfactory reply was given to me.
7. Incase it is not possible for the organization to provide Flat at NH-24 Ghaziabad site, I request that the money paid by me i.e. Rs 3.5 lakh as mentioned above may be refunded to me together with interest at the earliest.

To fellow consumers,

i registered on consumer court website to file a complaint but after browsing through the website i find it is of no use as the administrator doesnt reply to most of the enquiries and complaints and somehow to which it does ,there seems no effective suggestions.

I am sorry to conclude that only the big cases and the people with contacts can enjoy the benefits of consumer court whereas the lower cost product consumers finds it risk full to waste time and money on lawyers fees. It would be great if the lawyers choose and take the cases by charging their fees as the percentage of the resultant profit from the case rather than the advance fees.
