I am self Alok Sharma and i would like to share my Experience with Reliance Data Card Service,I am using reliance Data Card (No is 9310817424),Last year i have shifted to Mumbai and i have submit the request for closer of no. at reliance store in Vaishali,They have told me to write and application and also commit that it will get done in 4-5 working days and i will get letter,at that time my outstanding was 1100 something so i told them to give me receipt of letter and they they cant give me receiving,so i told them specifically that i will clear once i will get letter and confirmation that my no. is close.This happens in the month of August 2009
In Jan 2010 i have received call from Ms. Monica(Representative of Reliance) and i have been told by her that i need to make payment of 2100/= it was big shock for me as i had already request for closer of this no.well i have explained her and she offered me a settlement in 1500/= with this promise that this no. will get clear from Data Card and in future if i want to use this card again i can take new number.
so by going her words i have made payment of 1500/- on 27-01-2009 and on 30-01-2010 i went to get my Data card upgrade in to new one at south ex reliance web world it was again shock of my life when i came to know that there was still outstanding of Rs. 600/= and my no. was not close but it has been terminated,it was insulting moment for em when i came to know this.
I made call to Ms. Monica to confirm but no response after 2 or 3 times some one pick up the call,i told her to transfer the call but ms. Monica replies from back "Arre yaar maine mana kiya tha alok sharma ka phone uthane ke liye kyon pick kar liya" and disconnect the phone.
This is absolutely ridiculous and shameful that this kind of respect and service you offer to your customer and what great training you give to your Staff.
Now i want my data card to be clear in 24 hours otherwise i will take help of Consumer Court and will take strict legal action and also need revert with assurance that this would not happen again in future.
