J.Dr. who is in person submits that he has already deposited a sum of Rs.4,000/- in the State Commission at the time of appeal after deducting it, that he is liable to pay Rs.12,800/- and he has paid to the D.Hr. D.Hr. who is in person reports the receipt of Rs.12,800/- and submits considering the amount that is in the State Commission, the payment satisfies his claim and submits for recording EFS. In view of the above submissions, the execution petition is closed as fully satisfied. Office on receipt of Rs.4,000/- from the State Commission shall issue account payee cheque in favour of the D.Hr. for the said amount.
