My mother has taken voucher from an employee named Mamta working at Sheer Perfection Ladies Salon located at Shopper's Square Mall, Ground Floor, Shop no - 13/14, R-14/8, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad. They asked us to give 14 services from voucher. It was taken on 23-1-2011 worth Rs. 500 through cash payment. Till date, they have given only one service which was also useless. After making repeated calls to employee (Mamta) and Owner (Vineetha), they are not providing services and daily making excuses. It's one year that we have purchased the voucher but neither owner nor employee is responding to our calls. Yesterday I called again Vineetha but she disconnected call when she heard my name and did not picked my call after that. I request you to please take necessary action against them. I want my money back. I advise everyone not to go to these fraud people.
