As the doctor has charged an exorbitantly high amount. Except the discharge summary, we were not provided with any documents, any proper bill, any medical report, break-up of the examinations done, biopsy report on the ground unless the bill is cleared no papers will be given. Even the test report that were done prior to his admission in the hospital have not been returned. We don’t know the biopsy report, further treatment if any needed for the octogenarian, is hampered. we have paid the amount the hospital demanded and they gave us handwritten "kaccha receipt", without bills. This happened in the mid of september and the patient actual treatment is hampered without the treatment sumary done at the hospital.
