Dear Sir,

I met with an Accident on 11-11-2008 and had Spinal Cord Injury at D-12 level and Hospitalise immediatle and Dr. operated on 12-11-2008 and necessary fixation done with the help of Titanium Rod and Screw...for some further treatment ( Stem Cell ) I had gone for another MRI Post Operation in the Month July-2009 and come to know that Spine condition was same as it was after Accident and before operation. Fixation not done Properly...I have consulted one of Dr. and he suggetsed that operation was not successful...even if any chance for recovery it wont...kindly suggest what is to be done ?? can I go for Consumer Case Court..??
