Hello Sir/Madam,

I am Shirish G. Bane, Self-Employed (Prop.), 31, residing at Pune, firm name
Chaitanya Diagnostic & Surgicals. In June 2008, there was an advertisement in local
news paper, Lok Satta, regarding Franchisee allotment for Human Biologicals
Institute, which is a division of Indian Immunologicals limited, Hyderabad.

I have contacted them with my details and was finalised for their Authorised
franchisee "Abhay Shoppee" at Vishrantwadi, Pune region. For which I had to pay them
Rs. 100,000.00 as for purchase of products. It was also verbally promised to us that
we will be undergoing Agreement with the company once the material is been dispatch
by their Zonal Incharge (ZIC) and local executive of their company.

The commission will be paid of 10000.00 permonth. which was later on actually was
paid 5000.00, TDS deduction exclusive.

Till date no sort of Agreement or MOU is been signed.

Now the Company (ZIC & Local excutive) is threatening us of getting closing down
Franchisee and stopping further business and commission, Of which they had already
stopped commission for, stating the reason of sales, which was never been stated as
targets to me in written.

I am asking for e-mail address, contact nos. of the senior officers of them, which
they refused me.

I am a small trader, who is trying to grow of his own. But this sort of
untrustworthy experience is demoralizing me.

I would be highly obliged to you and your efforts if you please guide me what can be
done, and how can you help me to get them in front of court of law.
