Hi,<BR>I am member of Artha since 2007, recently they approached me for membership renewal &amp; took INR 3999 using my Credit card number. They have not given me any reciept, when approached they said they don;t give any. I consider this as an absolute fraud case from Artha, they might have forged my signature to get the money from my Credit card. <BR><BR>I am wondering whether they operate business illegally without informing Govt of India as they don't pay income tax. I would like to lodge 2 different cases against this company<BR>1) Illegally taking money from my credit card by forging the signature (RBS Card)<BR>2) They are not payng income tax to Government of India, how can such business can be run.<BR><BR>Over and above these, they don't serve customers although they promise a lot. some managers are making false promises to customer and dupe them, i am in the process of bringing all of those customers together under one roof and make lethal attack(legal as well as protests)&nbsp;on the company which is located in Seshadripuram, Bangalore.<BR><BR>I seek your advise.<BR><BR>Thanks,<BR>Vishwanatha K
