Dear Sir,
Recently i bought Ascensia "ENTRUST" blood glucose test strips. Expiry date on the carton is written as
2012-05. However what is not mentioned on the carton is that the strips should be used (50 of them) within
30 days or so of opening the container in which the strips are stored. Since i am not a frequent user of the
glucose meter, i will not be able to use all the strips in the 30 days or so time limit mentioned. Had this
information was available to me on the carton i would not have bought the strips. This is a deliberate act on
the part of the manufacturer to mislead the buyer.
I request appropriate action against the manufacturer.
