On 14/1/2010 my daughter went to Shree Vardhaman Sthanakvasi Jain Shravak Sangh Dadar , Mumbai for the above treatment. She was put on to Dr. Kale. On talking to Dr. Kale about the treatment I was informed that it will take about a year. My daughter was then in the 8th Standard. So I thought it was the best time to do it. It would get completed much before she goes to the Tenth.

Today it is nearly 17 months.

The number of times the silver has fallen off and the bands gone loose, I just cannot count. On confronting him many a times at the Jain Clinic, asking him why this is happeneing, he would put it down to "I do not know, I am doing so many cases, but no complaint." I have also taken up the matter with the Administrative Office of Navneet Jain Health Centre. Every time they said, "do not worry it will be done."

In April 2011, when I saw things were not working out (basically it is the skill of the hand that was at fault), I asked for a change in the Dentist. None of the other dentist on the panel of the Jain Health Centre was prepared to take on my daughter, on grounds that I had already paid Rs8,500/-. Even the Office could not convince any doctor.

Midstream, I had no option. Dr. Kale himself came out with the option to get it done at his private clinic at Shivaji Park, Mumbai (address 135 Bhagwant Mansion, M B Raut Road)
Tel 022-24450606. This was as my daughter is now in the Tenth and the Thursdays are with school extra classes from 2 to 6 p.m. (Thursday was the day Dr. Kale was coming to the Jain Clinic from 3 to 5 p.m.)

Now the most interesting part

On 26th May my daughter and I went the private clinic at 10.30 a.m. Dr. Kale was given the two silvers that fell off sometime in March (which were not attended to as he was out of station, on coming back he did not have time to see my daughter etc.etc.) he fixed them and put a new bracket for the lower set of teeth. Hardly we came home at 11.15 a.m. the two silvers fell off, the bracket became loose etc. Immdtly my daughter called him and he said to come next Thrusday i.e. today at 10.30 a.m. On going there we are told by his man Mr. Vinod that he will not be coming in the morning (read the carelessness of the doctor and the boldness). On forcing Vinod to call the Dr. we found that he was in Tardeo and as a matter of fact tells Vinod to tell us to come this evening at 7.30 p.m.

You are requested to please take up the matter and let me know how do I penalise this Dr. for mental harrassment, pain to my daughter's teeth and physical deterioration, going up and down so many times.

I would be only too happy to give u any more information u would like to have on the Dr.

To me he seems SADISTIC WITH NO MORAL BACKGROUND AND DENTAL ETHICS.
