Respected Sir / Madam,

This is with regard to Medical Insurance which I brough for my Parents and wife from last tow year

My wife got admitted in hospital due to her health issues.

I submitted my claims to FHPL/karcy as per procedure and now they required Karvy ID/ Investment proof which i do not have.I brought this Insurance in Delhi. At the time of availing this Medical Insurance they said its cash less facility, when i try reaching them these are the below comments i'm getting from them " Dear Mr Dhiren

We would like to inform you that your claim is currently under scrutiny with National Insurance Company Limited due to which we anticipate a delay in processing the claim. We reiterate that the current pending raised pertaining to the “Karvy customer ID” does not indicate closure / rejection of the claim.
