My father had breathing difficulty and as an emergency we had to get him admitted to hospital for surgery and then post surgery care. At the hospital, there were no general wards available, my father was only able to get an Ultra deluxe ward. The next day also we tried to move to a general ward as his insurance covers only general ward usage, but to no avail. The hospital authorities said that there were no general wards available even after 2 days. So we continued staying at that ward. The insurance coverage denied payiing the amount as they claim its not their fault that no wards were available. The hospital claims that no rooms were available. What is a person supposed to do if this is the closest and only hospital that can treat my father's case?!?!
