I am visiting frequently to Hospital & there is no profit. Now my physical condition is very bad, Hoping resolution from your side. I am suffering a lot & requesting for quick resolution….

Hello, This Sarabjeet Singh from Tagor garden Delhi under insured with ESIC, Dispensary Ragubir Nagar. I am suffering from high fever . I visited to Ragubir Nagar Dispensary on 24-2-2011, consulted with doctor, she prescribed some medicines, as there is no better lab available for diagnosis, when I reach there at 11am no Doctor was available there, when I asked at counter, they told hospital time is different & Doctor's time is different. By the way I wait till 5.30pm. Couldn't find any doctor as well as superintendence. Then I contact at room. but as per rule at that time 5:30pm Dispensary was closed. Without doctor's confirmation of Ragubir Nagar dispensary, reimbursement is impossible, so I am waiting for tomorrow morning, I have not taken any medicine yet as Ragubir Nagar Dispensary not provided any medicine & now my health condition is very bad. So I request you if you are unable to give proper service then refer us to other private hospitals. Why we will be harassed for your rules & timings. Because we are also employees of other companies & we cannot have that much time to be out of work according to our office timing. In my words its very pathetic service you are providing at Hospital, But Dispensary of Ragubir Nagar people are very cooperative & they are taking care of patients , if there is any doubt they are referring to higher facility centers . I need immediate action regarding the issue. Please do the needful as soon as possible....& I need compensation for that as my health getting more serious while I am losing my valuable time. My office will deduct 50% of my salary if leave will be more than 4 days. Requesting you for quick resolution. Otherwise I am bound to take legal action at any cost.
