Adopting improper procedure/negligence while inserting contrceptive by Dr V Parekhe Respected Sir /Madam,
On 24/01/2011, I had been to Dr Varsaha Parekhe , Parekhe Matrnity Hospital, Near Hotel Malhar Chembur Mumbai 400071 for inserting contraceptive. without following proper procedure/ negligently , Dr Varsha Parekhe had inserted contraceptive in hurry mood, resulting me pain,itiching for the whole day & night, when thelephoned on her cell for seeking advice about the problem , Dr Varsha Parekhe instead of hearing or giving adive started abusing using unparlementary language. which was not ethicall for the doctor like proffesion. she had charged Rupees 2500/-, but refused to attend complication arised because of her negliogency. it is my humble request to take up the matter.
