Hello, there are many firms and companies who get their receipts printed with the statement "your amount is not refundable". I think that it is a bad thing because as you did not use any of their services but they denied re refund...I suggest that you should meet with the actual higher authorities to get your payment. If they don't agree too, then you demand them to pay either half of your amount or some reasonable percentage as this is not the law proposed by God that can't be changed, everything can be possible here.
