Dear sir i bought a medicine from a medical store which is a cough syrup produced by pfizer ltd named corex. when i opened the bottle it is smelling like an acid i went to store to change the medicine and refused to take it back further i tried to change from stockist as well but he also refused. further i am fed up with this willing to go against consumer forum to launch a case against the company kindly help me out
