I hereby want to draw your attention to a serious case of negligence and delay done by M/s Lal Path Labs New Delhi in providing lab reports.
My sister, Mrs Bindu Singh has been suffering from Dengue fever and we went to Lal Path Labs(dwarka Sector 6 collection center) for giving the samples on 26/09/2010 at 11.30AM, the reports for which were supposed to be delivered on the same day by 7.30PM. But I received the reports almost after 36 hrs, after repeated accesses made on their website and having to wait for long hours at their report collection center. The lab No. for the same is 7967551.

I hold this as a serious offence of negligence and delay tantamount to causing health hazard to the patient.

Kindly guide me on how to pursue the matter further and if possible, take necessary action on your part.
