Hi

I used to work for Accenture(23-12-08 to 09-03-09) and during my tenure i
went to USA (Camerillo) for Business training and fell ill (Stomach
infection and dehyderation). In USA i got to know that the resources were
less hired for the work and i have to stretch a lot.

I was under a bond to work for 1 year with accenture if i stayed there one
month but after one week i fall ill and went to my cousin place in Los
angles as no one was there to take care of me.I requested my seniour
management to send me back to India but response came very very late.
and i came back in 26 days and remain ill for the next one month.

All the medical expenses been paid by me and my cousin(Although i was
insured under HDFC Ergo medical policy).
After coming back to India i submitted the claim document to the
International SOS. The claim was for 2887.35 $ but the flight cancellation
and interruption charges were not accepted by the company(But this was
claimable as per their policy). Still i accepted their reason and request
for my Claim cheque amounted 1560$. Meanwhile the company terminated me and
send me an auto genrated exit email and letters their after.

After an month HDFC issued me an account payee cheque and send it to
Accenture without notifying me. When i chased for my claim i got to know
that its with Accenture and there is a mutual understanding that they will
send all the cheque related to their employee to them directly and now they
are not paying it to me.

Please suggest what should i do. Will i ever be able to receive this money?
Kindly help me in getting my money.
