An local lab gave us faulty lab result for thyroid and platelet count and the reason iam saying is we took same tests from this local lab and Dr. Lal path lab and the results are just apposite means my patient isnt even a patient of thyroid which is really frustrating.

where to report for this i want to save others from this lab by punishing them.
